Track your visa shipment with Delbros (PH)

Delbros is the official courier for the U.S. Embassy in Manila. You can reach their website at http://www.delbros.com. At the index page, you will see a small tracking box at the lower left of the page. Just type in your tracking number if you have pending visa applications waiting to be shipped. For Metro Manila clients, Delbros is committed to deliver your visa within 1-2 working days upon release from the Embassy. Provincial clients can expect a 5-7 days delivery time. Delbros will notify the applicant about the status of his visa, but this may actually not be current info. The fastest way to check for the latest info about your pending visa shipment is through their website, where the info is updated real-time. For applicants, the tracking number is usually your passport number. You could also send messages to the DELBROS TEXT HOTLINE to facilitate your inquiries regarding the status of your Visa or you could read some of our FAQ's for clarifications. Please follow this format before sending your inquiry to the DELBROS TEXT HOTLINE: Type " " then send to +639176221949 For Example "MNL00235120301 status " then send to +639176221949 Your Visa's tracking number is located on the upper left-hand corner of your DELBROS Official Receipt. US embassy must change their carrier! Delbros SUCK!!! bulok! walang kwenta! lagi na lang off-line! Website is always "page cannot be found" when you want to check you VISA.

US embassy must get FedEx! more reliable!

DELBROS SUCKS!!! It says they take PRIDE and are COMMITTED to deliver the visa in 5-7 working days in Provinces, yet no delivery at this time... Just the text reply "In Transit" is all we get... US Embassy are fools to use Delbros. I send a package using FedEx from the United States and they Delivered it to the Province of my wife in THREE DAYS... Half Way across the World to her small Province in THREE DAYS, yet Delbros still has not delivered and it has been Seven Working Days... NINE DAYS TOTAL... I Think One Day the Embassy Will Come To Their Senses, after several recommendations to our Senators and Congressmen, and the U.S. Will finally Drop Delbros as their Courier and Use FedEx. And Delbros will deserve what they get.

Wow - this blog started in 2006 and the site still won't track...

I utterly concur with the above comments. Any other shipment companies such as FEDEX, UPS, or even LBC are far more efficient, honest and productive than DELBROS. Let's just hope that the US embassy wakes up from this nightmare. It seems that DELBROS is a micrososm of the current culture that run rampart back home.

Maybe there's a clause underneath our receipt issued by DELBROS that states that NO SHIPMENT SHALL MATERIALIZE AND DELIVERED WITHOUT BEING AUTHORIZED BY ALL MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE CONGRESS!!!

I do hope that the US embassy will use other courier so as not to jeopardize the documents for visa processing. I thought my case was an isolated one but from this thread and other threads, I have noticed that this has been going on since last year. Tsk...tsk..tsk... Delbros sucks!

Delbros is NOT a reliable company. I tried to track my friend's visa 20 times today and all I get is NOT FOUND. How can a company operate with a website that is always down. The US Embassy needs a reliable company. After all, we pay a lot for these visa.

i agree with all of you! DELBROS really suck! we needed some important documents to be picked up and we informed them via text. they replied the ff. morning saying they're "verifying payment" and texts again three hours later saying they'll pick up the documents within 3-5 days!

of course we had to ask, bakit ganon? ang tagal naman! eh we already paid 600.00 sa embassy for this! sabi bukas daw kukunin, tapos sabay bawi, if not tomorrow within 3 days! ano ba naman yun?!

sana nga palitan na yung courier service ng embassy no! hindi pwede ganito, it's inconvenient! at nakasalalay din dito oras. we tried emailing them pero wala rin reply!

I've been trying to track my visa delivery with Delbros for 6 days now and I live within 30 km from Manila. They can't even provide a direct answer to queries via text. Everything seems automated so you'll never get a precise answer. I never thought there are so many of us having the same problem. The US Embassy should check on their very unrealible service!

I agree delbros is a double sucks, not reliable and cant compete with couriers. I also tried not only 20x but 50x to check on their website but website are down. Better close your company if you cant give good services to filipino. Its not worth trying again im wasting my time
